94B Calculation of time
(1) If a notice under this Division is given by post, a period calculated from
the day on which the notice is given is, unless evidence sufficient to raise
doubt is adduced to the contrary, taken to run from, and includes, the seventh
working day after the notice was posted.
(2) In this section--
"working day" means a day that is not--
(a) a Saturday or Sunday, or
(b) a
public holiday or a bank holiday in the place to which the notice was
addressed.
