Referral of complaints to Tribunal at requirement of complainant
93A Referral of complaints to Tribunal at requirement of complainant
(1) If the President has given a complainant a notice under section 87B (4) or
92, the complainant may, within 21 days after the date on which the notice was
given, require the President, by notice in writing, to refer the complaint to
the Tribunal.
(2) On receipt of a notice under subsection (1) from the
complainant, the President is to refer the complaint to the Tribunal.
