FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1989 - SECT 52B

Definitions

52B Definitions

In this Division:
"access applicant" means a person who has made an access application.
"access application" means an application for:

(a) access to a document of an agency or Minister, or
(b) an amendment to an agency’s or Minister’s records.
"review applicant" means a person who has applied to the Tribunal under section 53 for a review of a determination.
"review application" means an application made to the Tribunal under section 53.
