Clause 1 Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment (Honesty in Campaign Material) Bill 2001 The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1 1 Name of Act 2 This Act is the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment 3 (Honesty in Campaign Material) Act 2001. 4 2 Commencement 5 This Act commences on the date of assent. 6 3 Amendment of Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 No 41 7 The Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 is amended by 8 inserting "and the name of any party of which the person is a member, 9 official or employee" after "printed" in section 151E (1) (a). 10 Page 2
