The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1
1 Name of Act 2
This Act is the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation 3
Amendment Act 2010. 4
2 Commencement 5
This Act is taken to have commenced on 7 December 2005 (the date of 6
commencement of the Parliamentary Superannuation Legislation 7
Amendment Act 2005). 8
