The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

           This Act is the National Parks and Wildlife Amendment (Jenolan

           Caves Reserve Trust) Act 2004.

 2    Commencement
                                                                                     6
           This Act commences, or is taken to have commenced, on
                                                                                     7
           1 July 2004.

 3    Amendment of National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 No 80
                                                                                     9
           The National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 is amended as set out in
                                                                                    10
           Schedule 1.
