An Act to amend the Liquor Act 2007 to raise the minimum drinking age from
18 years to 21 years.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1

This Act is the Liquor Amendment (Drinking Age) Act 2010. 3
2 Commencement 4
This Act commences 3 months after the date of assent to this Act, unless 5
commenced sooner by proclamation. 6
