This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act. 6
3 Amendment of Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 No 92 7
(1) Section 21A Aggravating, mitigating and other factors in sentencing 8
Insert ", council law enforcement officer" after "judicial officer" in 9
section 21A (2) (a). 10
(2) Part 4 Sentencing procedures for imprisonment 11
Insert ", council law enforcement officer" after "judicial officer" in the 12
matter relating to Item No 1A in the Table to Division 1A. 13
