An Act to repeal the Cattle Compensation Act 1951 and the Cattle Compensation
(Advisory Council) Regulation 1999.
I have examined this Bill, and find it to correspond in all respects with the Bill as
finally passed by both Houses.

Clause 1 Cattle Compensation Repeal Bill 2001
The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Cattle Compensation Repeal Act 2001.
2 Repeals
The Cattle Compensation Act 1951 and the Cattle Compensation
(Advisory Council) Regulation 1999 are repealed.
