A Bill for
An Act to amend the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 to enable the legal
representative of any party to proceedings heard by the Administrative Decisions
Tribunal to see and challenge otherwise confidential documentary evidence.

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts: 1
1 Name of Act 2
This Act is the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Amendment 3
(Confidential Documents) Act 2007. 4
2 Commencement 5
This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act. 6
3 Amendment of Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 No 76 7
The Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 is amended by 8
omitting section 75 (2) (d). 9
4 Repeal of Act 10
(1) This Act is repealed on the day following the day on which this Act 11
commences. 12
(2) The repeal of this Act does not, because of the operation of section 30 13
of the Interpretation Act 1987, affect any amendment made by this Act. 14
