The day on which an amendment of the Agreement between the Government of
Australia and the Government of New Zealand Establishing a System for the
Development of Joint Food Standards, signed at Wellington on 5 December
1995, enters into force to reduce from two to one the number of occasions on
which the Council may request the Authority to review a draft standard or a
draft variation of a standard.
However, if no such amendment of the Agreement is made, the provision(s) do
not commence at all.
