# If regulations under the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 to provide for the establishment of a tuition assurance scheme for the purposes of section 7A of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 are disallowed by either House of Parliament, section 7A of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 are deemed to have been repealed on that date.
+ If regulations under the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 to provide for the establishment of a tuition assurance scheme for the purposes of section 7A of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 are not made by 30.6.94, section 7A of the Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration of Providers and Financial Regulation) Act 1991 are deemed to have been repealed on that date.
