WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 855
Intervention generally(1) If the Court is of the opinion that an organisation, person or body should be heard in a proceeding before the Court in a matter arising under this Act, the BCII Act or the Registration and Accountability of Organisations Schedule, the Court may grant leave to the organisation, person or body to intervene in the proceeding.
(2) If the Federal Magistrates Court is of the opinion that an organisation, person or body should be heard in a proceeding before that court in a matter arising under this Act or the BCII Act, that court may grant leave to the organisation, person or body to intervene in the proceeding.
