WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 808 Conduct that contravenes Division 3 and another Division of this Part

This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 808

                   If:

                     (a)  a person engages in conduct; and

                     (b)  the conduct contravenes both Division 3 and another Division of this Part;

the Court may make orders under section 807 in relation to only one of those contraventions.
