WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 516
Matters provided for by the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard(1) A matter for which provision is made by the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard is not an allowable award matter, except as mentioned in subsection (2).
(2) Despite subsection (1), an award may include a term about ordinary time hours of work.
Note: An award may also include preserved award terms (see section 520).
