WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 374
Employer must not lodge unapproved variation(1) An employer contravenes this section if:
(a) the employer lodges a variation to a workplace agreement; and
(b) the variation has not been approved in accordance with section 373.
(2) Subsection (1) is a civil remedy provision.
