WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 372 Prohibition on withdrawal from variation to union collective agreement or union greenfields agreement

This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 372

             (1)  An employer that has made a variation to a union collective agreement or a union greenfields agreement must take reasonable steps to seek approval for the variation under section 373, within a reasonable period after the variation was made.

             (2)  Subsection (1) is a civil remedy provision.
