WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 362
Employer must ensure employees have ready access to notice(1) An employer that has received a notice under section 360 in relation to a collective agreement must take reasonable steps to ensure that all persons whose employment is subject to the agreement at a time during the objection period are given a copy of the notice as soon as practicable.
(2) Subsection (1) is a civil remedy provision.
