WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 295
Employee's right to terminate employment during paternity leave(1) An employee may terminate his employment at any time during a period of paternity leave.
(2) The employee's right to terminate his employment is subject to any notice required to be given by the employee by or under:
(a) a term or condition of his employment; or
(b) a law, or an instrument in force under a law, of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
