WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 200 Adjustment of a special FMW

This legislation has been repealed.

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 200

             (1)  The AFPC may adjust a special FMW.

             (2)  The power to adjust a special FMW is subject to:

                     (a)  section 176; and

                     (b)  section 199; and

                     (c)  section 222.
