WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 148
References to Court by Registrar on question of law(1) A Registrar may refer a question of law arising in a matter before the Registrar under this Act or the Registration and Accountability of Organisations Schedule for the opinion of the Court.
(2) On the determination of the question by the Court, the Registrar shall not give a decision or do anything in the matter that is inconsistent with the opinion of the Court.
