WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 135 Remuneration and allowances of Industrial Registrar

WORKPLACE RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 135

                   Subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 , the Industrial Registrar shall be paid:

                     (a)  such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

                     (b)  such allowances as are prescribed.
