  1.1 The Wool Tax (No. 4) Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

2. Commencement


  2.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

3. Regulation 3 (Rate of Tax)


  3.1 Subregulation 3 (1):
Omit "the financial year commencing on 1 July 1994", substitute "the financial
year commencing on 1 July 1995".

  3.2 Subregulation 3 (2):
Omit "the financial year commencing on 1 July 1994", substitute "the financial
year commencing on 1 July 1995".
