WORKPLACE RELATIONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 35 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations prescribe inspectors appointed under subsection 84(2) of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (the Act) as persons who may commence proceedings seeking a penalty against a party to a certified agreement who takes unprotected action in support of claims against their employer under section 170MN of the Act.
