- Description:These Regulations make a technical correction to the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 to clarify that the investigation of contraventions of Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs) and pre-reform AWAs are described as functions of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner (the ABC Commissioner).
