WORKPLACE RELATIONS (REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF ORGANISATIONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 307 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations prevent the ANF from gaining orders from the Australian Industrial Relations Commission that would deprive the Federation of the opportunity to represent its membership base. The AMENDING Regulations will cease to have effect three years after they commence.
