1. Amendment


  1.1 The Wheat Marketing Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 3 (Prescribed State enactments)


  2.1 Paragraph 3 (1) (c):
Omit "section 26 of the Queensland Grain Handling Act 1983", substitute
"sections 68 and 70 of the Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1991".
  2.2 Paragraph 3 (2) (b):
Omit "sections 3B and 6 of the Wheat Pool Act 1920", substitute "sections 35,
40, 41 and 42 of the Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1991".
