Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on 1 April 1990.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Wool Marketing
Regulations.

Heading to Part V


  3. The heading to Part V of the Principal Regulations is omitted and the
following heading substituted:
                           "PART V-MISCELLANEOUS".

  4. After regulation 45 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation
is inserted:
Amount relating to exotic animal disease control
  "46. For the purposes of subsection 53A (1) of the Act, the amount of
$431,823 is prescribed.".
