3. New regulation 4A
3.1 After regulation 4, insert: Payments to Wool International-prescribed
percentage
"4A. For the purposes of paragraph 43 (4) (b) of the Act, the percentage
prescribed for a financial year commencing on or after 1 July 1996 is 0%.".
