These Regulations may be cited as the World Heritage Properties Conservation Regulations. 1983 No. 65 WORLD HERITAGE PROPERTIES CONSERVATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 Declaration of natural heritage 2. It is hereby declared that the following property forms part of the natural heritage: (a) all the areas that were, on 13 November 1981, State reserves under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 of the State of Tasmania and known respectively at that date as- (i) the Southwest National Park; (ii) the Franklin-Lower Gordon Wild Rivers National Park; and (iii) the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park; (b) the area in the State of Tasmania the boundary of which is the line described in Schedule 1. 1983 No. 65 WORLD HERITAGE PROPERTIES CONSERVATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 Declaration of cultural heritage 3. It is hereby declared that the following property forms part of the cultural heritage: (a) the area in the State of Tasmania adjacent to and including the Franklin River the boundary of which is the line described in Schedule 2;
