1985 No. 23 TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1
Amount prescribed for the purposes of section 79 of the Act
After regulation 42 of the Telecommunications Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:
"42A. The higher amount for the purposes of section 79 of the Act is
$2,000,000.".
