TRADE PRACTICES REGULATIONS AMENDMENT1979 No. 1 - REG 1
Interpretation
Regulation 2 of the Trade Practices Regulations is amended by adding at the
end thereof the following sub-regulation:—
"(3) A reference in these Regulations to—
- (a)
- the Registrar (other
than the reference in sub-regulation 15 (3)), shall be read as including
a reference to a Deputy Registrar; or
- (b)
- the office of the Registrar, shall be read as including a reference to the
office of a Deputy Registrar.".
