10.1 Before Form A, insert:
                             "FORM AA                      Regulation 6E

SUMMONS TO WITNESS: AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION (Title of

released from further attendance.

10.2 Form I, item 5: Omit "review", substitute "review, and a statement of the

10.3 Form J, item 4: Omit "review", substitute "review, and a statement of the
issues as I see them,".

10.4 After Form J, insert:
