1980 No. 39 TRADE PRACTICES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 1

Regulations 7 to 9 (inclusive) of the Trade Practices Regulations are repealed
and the following regulations substituted: Application for
authorization-Division 1 of Part VII

"7. An application for an authorization under Division 1 of Part VII of the
Act shall be in accordance with whichever of Form A, B, C, D, E or F is
applicable.

Prescribed association or body for purposes of paragraph 51 (2) (c) of the Act

"8. For the purposes of paragraph 51 (2) (c) of the Act, the Australian Gas
Association, a company limited by guarantee within the meaning of the
Companies Act 1961 of the State of Victoria, as in force at the date of
commencement of this regulation, is a prescribed association or body.

Notification of exclusive dealing

"9. A notice under sub-section 93 (1) of the Act shall be in accordance with
Form G.".
