- Description:These Regulations amend the Trade Practices (Australian Consumer Law) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1) to correct certain drafting errors, and to update references to the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Trade Practices Regulations 1974 to allow for a name change from 1 January 2011.
