- Description:These Regulations amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 to implement heads of government decisions to convert the legislation prescribed as special exemptions at Schedule 3 to the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 to Schedule 2 to that Act as permanent exemptions.
