1990 No. 30 TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 4 of the Trade Marks Regulations is amended by adding at the end
the following subregulation:

"(5) For the purposes of subsection 129 (4) of the Act, the Registrar is to
notify the person or his or her agent in writing within 7 days after the
lodging of the document, or the doing of the act, for which the fee is
payable.".
