THERAPEUTIC GOODS (MEDICAL DEVICES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 32 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002 to clarify that systems or procedure packs (which are regulated as medical devices under the Act) may include one or more biologicals, and to make other consequential changes.
