THERAPEUTIC GOODS (MEDICAL DEVICES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 181 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002 to increase all fees payable in relation to the regulation of medical devices which are required to be included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods by 4.3%.
