THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 63 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 to remove the restriction on the number of consecutive terms that members of the Medical Devices Evaluation Committee may serve and changes the name of a body that may nominate an observer to the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code Council.
