2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Prescribed Royal Commissions

"2AA. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of 'eligible Royal
Commission' in section 2 of the Act, the following Royal Commissions are
prescribed:

   (a)  the Royal Commission into the NSW Police Service, created by Letters
        Patent dated 13 May 1994;

   (b)  the Royal Commission into the City of Wanneroo, created by Letters
        Patent dated 12 March 1996.".
