TAXATION ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 84 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 1976 to give effect to the Government's 2011-12 Budget measure to increase the proportion of the low income tax offset delivered during the year, through reduced pay-as-you-go withholding, from 50 to 70 per cent.
