1984 No. 8 SALES TAX REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5

Limit of time for lodging claim 
5. Regulation 59 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting "the last preceding regulation" and substituting

"regulation 58"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) "sub-regulation (2), (4) or (5)" and
        substituting "sub-regulation (2), (4), (5) or (7)".
