- Description:These Regulations clarify the actions the Child Support Registrar may take to implement the amendments made by the Same-Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws - General Law Reform) Act 2008 (the Act) after 1 July 2009 and implement transitional arrangements to apply to Court declarations regarding child support consequences of change to parentage resulting from the amendments made by the Act.
