SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION LEVY COLLECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 339 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Levy Collection Regulations 2002 to provide that from 14 January 2007 the levy collector prescribed for the purposes of section 4 and 6 of the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Levy Act 1992 will be the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Authority.
