  After regulation 46 of the Securities Industry Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:
Exemption from subsection 131 (1) of the Act
  "46A. For the purposes of paragraph 150 (2) (d) of the Act, subsection 131
(1) of the Act does not have effect in relation to transactions entered into
by a member of a stock exchange in accordance with the business rules of that
stock exchange.".
