Rate of levy


  1. Regulation 4 of the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of Levy) Regulations
is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "$1.09" and substituting "$1.34";
and
  (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$6.14" and substituting "$9".

Commencement


  2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 February 1983.
