1982 No. 85 Stevedoring Industry Levy Collection Regulations (Amendment) -

Interpretation


  1. Regulation 2 of the Stevedoring Industry Levy Collection Regulations is
amended by omitting the definition of "Department" and substituting the
following definition:
  " 'Department' means the Department of Industrial Relations;".

Manner of payment of levy


  2. Regulation 8 of the Stevedoring Industry Levy Collection Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted:
  "8. Payment of levy and amounts payable to the Commonwealth under section 7
of the Act shall be made by forwarding the amount payable to the Receiver of
Public Moneys at the following address:
  Department of Industrial Relations,   P.O. Box 519   KINGSTON A.C.T. 2604.".
