1991 No. 15 STEVEDORING INDUSTRY FINANCE COMMITTEE REGULATIONS - REG 7

7. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of "eligible employee"
in subsection 12 (2) of the Act, employees who would have been
eligible employees by virtue of paragraph (a) of that definition if the
following companies had not ceased to be members of the Association are
prescribed employees:

   (a)  Brisbane Cargo Service Pty Ltd

   (b)  Capbulk Handling Company Pty Ltd

   (c)  Conaust Ltd

   (d)  Container Terminals Australia Ltd

   (e)  Mercantile Stevedores (WA) Pty Ltd
