5. Regulation 4 (Prescribed maximum crew numbers- categories under regulation 3)
5.1 Add at the end:
"(6) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (c) of the Act, the maximum crew
number for the Queenscliff when it is on a voyage referred to in subregulation
3 (6) is 10.".
